department. We'll start by finding out exactly what you're
looking for. From there, we start the search. Once we've
got a list of potential candidates, we talk to them extensively to make
sure they're a fit for your business both culturally and
technically. We'll only send
you the most qualified possibilities.
Communication
It's key, isn't it? That's why we involve and inform both clients
and candidates throughout each stage of the process, seeking feedback
and keeping both parties aware of progress.
Further
qualification
As the hiring process continues, we can administer a Style Analysis
Profile, using the services of a certified behavioral analyst. The
results show potential employers a snapshot of the candidate's
leadership, teamwork, analytical and communication strengths and
weaknesses.
